Is help allowed during the para race?

The Night Sprint is an open race, so any athlete- Para or no Para- can give and receive help on the course. The individual competitive race on Sunday (Spartan Super) however follows the rulebook. At that race help is only allowed for wheelchair para athletes and in some restricted situations also for other Para athletes.
